Launch Trip on the Kazinga Channel: A boat trip along the hippo crowded banks of Kazinga Channel gives visitors a unique unequalled wildlife experience. Eye to eye with yawning hippos and surrounded by vast numbers of migrant and resident water birds, the boat puts one right in the heart of nature. Many buffaloes rest in the water while the big herds of elephant enjoy themselves drinking and playing along the Channel banks. Crocodiles have become a common sight and occasionally leopards may be seen.

Primate Walk: This starts from Kanyanchu River Camp at 8:00am or 3:00pm. It lasts for 2-4 hours and is the most popular walk, highlighting the diversity of different animals and plant species within the forest. This walk is restricted to four groups of four persons each, in the morning and the same number in the afternoon.

Back to Kampala with overnight at the Legendary Speke Hotel, BB.

Gorilla Tracking
This is the major activity in Bwindi, with four gorilla groups currently available daily for tourists. Mubare group (10 gorillas, 1 silverback) was opened for tourism in 1993, Habinyanja group (18 gorillas, 1 silverback) opened in July 1998, Rushegura group (10 gorillas, 1 silverback) was opened in July 2002, while Nkuringo group (19 gorillas, 2 silverbacks) was opened for tourism in April 2004. Book at least 6 months (but not more than two years) in advance to ensure that requested dates are available. Gorilla tracking in Bwindi can be challenging, therefore ensure fitness. The tracking experience starts at 8.30 am local time and can last from a few hours to a whole day! Registration at the gate commences at 7.45 am.

Bushara Island Camp is a popular facility on Lake Bunyonyi (Lake of the Little Birds). Day 5 Treehotel ~ Samburu

Day 6 Samburu
A full days game viewing with morning and afternoon game drives to look for the big five elephant, buffalo, rhino, leopard and in particular the lion, including the various species of game found only in the northern parks such as Beisa oryx, long necked gerenuk, Grevys zebra, blue-shanked Somali ostrich and reticulated giraffe. All meals and overnight at Samburu Serena Lodge.
Day 7 Samburu ~ Masai Mara
After an early breakfast, transfer to Nanyuki airstrip where you will depart on light aircraft to the Masai Mara. You will be met on arrival in the Mara and transferred to your lodge for lunch. Afternoon game drive, dinner and overnight at Mara Serena Lodge.
Day 8 Masai Mara ~ Nairobi
A full day in the Masia Mara with morning and afternoon game drives. The grasslands abound with plains game and the rivers, which traverse the Reserve are teeming with crocodile and hippo. Many prides of lion have made the Mara their home, and leopard and cheetah are often sighted. All meals and overnight at Mara Serena Lodge.

Jungle life in Semuliki National Park is breathtaking especially for birders, primate, butterfly and plant lovers. The jungle walk takes one up to the meandering River Semuliki, the only one of its type in East Africa. You may also see forest buffaloes and elephants, sitatungas, leopards, crocodiles, various primates and a wide range of forest and water birds. Visitors can also come with fishing facilities for sport fishing along the river. A trip to Semuliki National Park has the most marvelous and breathtaking views. Come and experience the thrilling meandering Bundibugyo road through the Rwenzori escarpments. While in the mountains, the road offers scenic views of the meandering Semuliki River, fuming hot springs and the tropical rainforest extending to Ituri forest in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Two hot springs are situated in a tract of hot mineral encrusted swamp land, where visitors see a two metre jet of hot water (130°C) and a pool (12 m diameter) of oozing boiling water (106°C). one can boil food especially eggs in the natural boiler within ten minutes and eat it. While in Semuliki National Park, visitors can arrange a trip to nearby Protected Areas like Ruwenzori Mountains National Park, Kibale National Park and Toro – Semliki Wildlife Reserve.

Day 1: Nairobi to Kigio - Rift Valley
Met at airport and drive to Malewa River Lodge. This lodge is situated within the Kigio Wildlife Conservancy on the banks of the Malewa River between Naivasha and Gilgil. Endangered Rothschild giffare were moved into this sanctuary a short while ago. Activities here include walking, birdwatching, trout fishing and horse riding.
Day 2 : Rift Valley
Day at Malewa with visit to Lake Nakuru National Park if wished. Nakuru is a famous for its fantastic bird life, especially the flamingo, and is also a rhino sanctuary with both Black and white rhino.
Day 3: Malewa to Samburu
Leaving Gilgil after breakfast you travel around the northern tip of the Aberdares and through the rich farming areas and continue across the equator to Nanyuki in the foothills of Mount Kenya. Shortly after passing through Nanyuki you begin to lose altitude and the immense deserts of the north roll out far below you. After passing through the frontier town of Isiolo you continue to Samburu Game Reserve. Arrival at Samburu Intrepids Club in time for lunch, with an afternoon game drive provided.
Day 4: Samburu Game Reserve
Full day in Park with game drives. The Club is a luxury tented camp which lies under a canopy of shady giant fig and acacia trees on the northern banks of the Ewaso Nyiro River in Samburu Game Reserve. The spacious public areas are on wooden decks built on stilts and overlooking the river. The large and airy tents are also built on raised wooden platforms each with it’s own private verandah with reclining chairs and footstools. The tents are cooled, not only by the luxuriant vegetation but by a roof of palm thatch overhead and the interiors by an overhead fan. Facilities include a sparkling swimming pool to enjoy during the heat of the day.
Day 5 : Samburu to Il Ngwesi
Early morning game drive and after breakfast transfer to the Airstrip for flight to Lewa. Upon arrival transfer to Il Ngwesi Lodge which lies on Il Ngwesi Ranch, some 20,000 acres of unspoilt dry country bush, hills and riverine woodland. The lodge consists of 6 large double accommodation bandas with the capacity to sleep 14, a large open lounge/dining banda, kitchen banda and swimming pool. Bookings are taken only for exclusive use of the complex. Activities possible are bush walks with knowledgeable Ndorobo guides, game viewing by day and night and bird watching.The afternoon will be at leisure with dinner and overnight at the Lodge.
Day 6 : Il Ngwesi
Full day at Il Ngwesi ranch with activities.
Day 7 : Il Ngwesi to Masai Mara
Morning transfer to Airstrip for charter flight to Nanyuki where you will connect the scheduled flight to Masai Mara and upon arrival, transfer to Mara Intrepids Club for lunch. An afternoon game drive will be provided.
Days 8 & 9: Masai Mara
Full day in park with game drives. The Mara Intrepids Club is a luxury tented camp set in riverine forest on the banks of the Talek River, deep in the Masai Mara Reserve. There are 30 spacious tents each with ensuite bathroom, arranged in groups of two, three and four units so making a number of mini-camps within the Club grounds, allowing for greater privacy. The dining room and lounge bar are also tented but breakfast and lunch are usually served on a shady terrace ‘al-fresco’. There is an elevated terrace over the river which is a prime viewing area for the baited leopards which visit the Camp most evenings. Another viewing platform is situated at the other end of the Camp with a panoramic view over the plains. There is a small, sparkling swimming pool with a shady terrace supplied with sunbeds.
The best times for game viewing are the early morning and late afternoon as the animals tend to rest in the shade during the heat of the day. We recommend early morning game drives leaving Camp at about 6.30 a.m. and returning at 8.30 a.m. for a late breakfast and late afternoon game drives from 3.30 p.m. until dusk. Or a full morning’s game drive leaving Camp at approximately 8.00 a.m. after an early breakfast and returning in time for lunch, followed by a late afternoon game drive at 3.30 p.m.
Day 10: Masai Mara to Nairobi

The scenery travelled through on this safari ranges from the harsh and rugged terrain of Lakes Bogoria and Baringo and incredibly lush and fertile horticultural and agricultural farmland around Lakes Naivasha, Elementaita and Nakuru.
Day 1 Nairobi - Baringo
You leave Nairobi in the morning and drive down the escarpment to the Rift Valley floor, past Lakes Naivasha, Elementaita and Nakuru to Lake Baringo arriving in time for lunch, the afternoon at leisure, dinner and overnight at a lakeshore hotel. Hippo and crocodile abound in this fresh water lake but most visitors are entranced by the multitude of birds with over 400 species having been identified. A boat ride on the lake to view the birdlife can be arranged at your hotel.
Day 2 Baringo - Rift Valley
An early morning bird walk is possible and after breakfast you depart for nearby Lake Bogoria. This soda lake, with its shores of hot springs, boiling geysers and steam jets, stark evidence of the volcanic origins of the Rift Valley, lies hidden behind ridge after ridge of barren stony scrubland. Although primarily scenic, Bogoria is by no means devoid of wildlife and birds are plentiful. You later continue your journey to Lake Nakuru National Park for lunch at a lodge followed by an afternoon game drive in the Park, famous for its concentration of often more than a million pink flamingo which seasonally feed on the abundant algae which thrive in its shallow, warm waters. Dinner and overnight are at either Lake Nakuru, Lake Elementaita or Lake Naivasha.
Day 3 Rift Valley - Nairobi
After breakfast, a boat ride or bird walk may be possible before you depart for Nairobi arriving in the city by midday.

Day 2
Awake to the noisy calls of the birds. After an early breakfast, we drive through the bush on our private track into Amboseli National Park, for a full morning of game viewing. Following a picnic lunch in the park, we return to Porini Camp later in the afternoon. In the evening you will go on a game drive in Selenkay Conservancy, stopping for a sundowner at a scenic viewpoint, followed by a night game drive to look for nocturnal animals such as aardvarks, serval cats, caracals, bat-eared foxes, African wild cats, and other species. Day 3

Return to camp late afternoon, in time for a short walk or drive to a spectacular sundowner sight atop massive boulders looking across the valleys.
Day 10 OVERNIGHT C & P MARA CAMP
Leave Sabuk early to drive across the Laikipia plateau to Nanyuki to catch the Air Kenya scheduled flight departing at 1000h for the Maasai Mara, arriving at 1130h. A Cheli & Peacock driver will meet you at the airstrip and transfer you on a short game drive back to camp in time for lunch. After an afternoon siesta and tea, go for an extended game drive as dusk settles over the Mara. Cool drinks, hot shower and a camp fire are the perfect end to a day, overlooking the plains.
Days 11 & 12 OVERNIGHT C & P MARA
Full days of gameviewing in the Maasai Mara, the world’s most famous ‘Big Cat’ wilderness. The ritual of extended game drives or exploring on foot, guided by our professional safari guide becomes addictive. Optional activities include a balloon trip across the Maasai Mara and champagne breakfast, bush breakfast or sundowner or a day’s excursion to Lake Victoria to spend the day exploring and enjoying the watersports and activities around the lake shores.
Day 13 DEPART
Say goodbye to the Mara and return to Nairobi 1600 Air Kenya scheduled flight Mara - Wilson, arriving 1715. You will be met by a driver to transfer to the international airport

Day One
Depart early morning taking a panoramic drive north-west through the famous Luwero Triangle and Masindi Town to Murchison Falls National Park. Checking in for the night at Paraa Safari Lodge.
Day Two
Early morning game drive to search for giraffes, lions, hart beasts, elephants, cape buffalo and many other mammals. Birds include the Black Chested Snake Eagle, Blue Napped Mousebirds, the Secretary bird, Swallow Tailed Bee-eaters and the Silver Headed Agama. After lunch, enjoy a boat ride on the placid Victoria Nile to the foot of the magnificent Murchison Falls where the Nile plunges through a narrow crevice and over a 40 metre drop. En route, you may see the Nile crocodile, pools of hippo, water bucks and a variety of bird species including the rare Shoebill Stork. Dinner and overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge.
Day Three
After breakfast, return to Kampala.
Launch Trips on the Nile:
One of the highlights of a visit to Murchison Falls National Park is the launch trip from Paraa to the foot of Murchison Falls. Hippos and crocodiles are abundant and you will see birds like herons, cormorants, ducks, bee-eaters, fish eagles, kingfishers and sometimes the rare shoebill. The launch trip from Paraa to the falls (17km) and back takes about three hours. A boat trip from Paraa to the Delta (28km) and back takes about four to five hours and you can see a similar variety of animals and birds. The boat trip is scheduled for 0900hr and 1400hr every day. Any special time arrangement can be made with park management.

At Nyamusika Cliffs you can picnic, enjoy the view and watch elephants and other game on the grassy hillsides. Go well prepared for a four-hour game drive. Ensure you are accompanied by a guide. Day 2: Aberdare
Leave Nairobi in the morning to reach the small market town of Nyeri in time for lunch. The founder of the Boy Scouts movement, Lord Baden Powell, spent the last years of his life in Nyeri and is buried here. After lunch, drive through the forest where varied species of game can be seen along the way to your tree hotel. Tonight, you will be able to watch game from your hotel balcony, which overlooks a floodlit waterhole. Overnight: The Ark or Mountain Lodge (BLD).
Day 3: Samburu
After breakfast continue north to reach Samburu Game Reserve in time for lunch. An afternoon game drive introduces you to this beautiful and game abundant park, home to rarely found species such as the Beisa Oryx, Grevy’s zebra, blue-necked Somali ostrich and reticulated giraffe. Day 5: Mount Kenya Safari Club
Drive south to Mount Kenya Safari Club arriving in time for lunch. High on the slopes of Africa’s second highest mountain, The Mount Kenya Safari Club straddles the Equator in a glory of luxurious cottages and elegant buildings set amid manicured lawns and decorative ponds. The afternoon is at leisure in the beautiful surroundings of the club. A wealth of activities is at hand such as swimming, playing tennis, bowls, croquet or golf or visiting the animal orphanage. Day 6: Sweetwaters
After breakfast depart for Sweetwaters private reserve and camp, arriving in time for lunch. In the afternoon proceed on a game drive including a visit to the Chimpanzee Orphanage. Dinner and overnight at Sweetwaters Tented Camp. (BLD)
Day 7: Masai Mara Game Reserve
After breakfast transfer to Nanuyki airstrip for your flight to Masai Mara where you arrive in time for lunch. After lunch enjoy an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Mara Safari Club (BLD)
Day 8: Masai Mara Game Reserve
Full day in the Mara exploring the rolling hills and plains for a chance to spot black-maned lion, elephant, leopard, cheetah, and buffalo along with varied species of hoofed animals. Overnight at Mara Safari Club. (BLD)
Day 9: Nairobi
After breakfast transfer to the airstrip for your mid morning flight to Nairobi. You are met on arrival and transfer to the city center or the international airport for your flight home. Day 1
Drive in the morning to Amboseli National Park, to Tortillis Camp. Game drives in the park where you may expect to see the herds of elephant, both in and out of the swamps, for which the park is noted, as well as plains game and may be some of the cats.
Day 2
Full day In Amboseli with game drives. Relax in between in the comfort of Tortillis Camp. Perhaps cool off in the swimming pool.
Day 3
After breakfast you drive back to Nairobi, and then fly across the Great Rift Valley to the Masai Mara. Transfer to Little Governor’s Camp, on the banks of the Mara River. Evening game drive, followed by drinks around the camp fire.
Day 4
The whole day is spent in the Masai Mara, game viewing, and including a visit to a local Masai Manyatta.

After an early morning game drive and breakfast, you fly back to Nairobi
