To book a holiday with us , we will need to collect information about you to deal with your booking as smoothly as possible. This information may include such details as your name, your address and your credit card details. We disclose your information to third parties only for the purpose of completing your transaction with us, providing the services to you and for the purposes of associated administration and obtaining professional advice.We may use the information provided by you to contact you about your holiday.

2) ONLINE BOOKING

1. Browse our website to choose your preferred East African Beach and Safari holiday. You can either choose our Beach Holidays only, Or Safari Holidays only or a Package Combination of both Beach and Safari Holidays. You can also browse through our Executive Luxury Holidays.

2. Once you have selected your holiday/s you you then submit your information through to us or call our team to discuss the availability and booking procedure.

3. Once we confirm availability of your preferred holiday, you pay your deposit of £300 per person.

4. Once we have taken the deposit for your holiday and received your completed booking form we will send you a confirmation invoice with details of your booking.

5. Pay the balance of you booking eight weeks prior to departure.
